Blunt Scooters is an Australian brand of freestyle scooters, recognized for its innovation and the quality of its products, suitable for beginners as well as experienced riders.
Founded in 2009 in Melbourne by Dinny Spicer, a former professional BMX rider from the 2000s, the mission of Blunt Scooters is to create high-performance, quality products for riders of all levels. Thanks to the brand, freestyle is now accessible to everyone.
The brand started out by producing spare parts to upgrade existing scooters, using manufacturing techniques borrowed from BMX, such as 100 mm Metalcore wheels, clamps, chromoly bars, and grip.
In 2011, due to naming issues in Australia, the brand adopted the name "Envy Scooters" in that region, while keeping "Blunt Scooters" in Europe and the United Kingdom.
